Amazon Customer: No complaints. Inexpensive and I got about three years of use out of it. Did a good job at cleaning and then one day it just broke and would no longer work and then I purchased another one and that one is working fine.

Charles D.: Works great. Had the rubber ring come off a two times, but was a super easy quick fix. You have to make sure you pay attention to your vacuum settings and speed. This will crawl walls and really clean well, so make sure you don't overpower it. I had a top fo the line vacuum with the wheels, scrubbers, etc... all the bells and whistles and this by far has done a better job because it gets to many more places. My pool isn't perfectly rectangle, more like an odd looking peanut with many round edges, so this vac really works around everything and gets into those tough spots. Have been using for over 2 years now and literally no issues. They give you plenty of hose, plus extra to use, high quality as well. Very happy, if this one craps out at some point in time I would absolutely buy another. For the price and the job it does, really hard to argue another vac.

Krystal Adderley: The media could not be loaded. This is actually my second time buying this pump for my in-ground pool. I bought it the first time about 5 years ago (2018), and never had an issue. The one I had recently stopped working, but I figured after 5 years it was probably just time for a new one. I went to my local pool store and the cheapest one was $250 so I just decided to buy this one again since I had one for so long and it never gave me any issues. This time I got it for $10 cheaper! I will say that this new one makes noise just like the last one, but seems a little more quiet. The noise is the reson for giving it 4 starts. If I could I'd give it a 4 and a half.
