Nicole CraftNicole Craft: Very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. Previously bought the Xpeti Women's Thermator which were wonderful. They held up beautifully for over a year. Was actually going to buy those again and went for a lighter boot for summer instead . After only a 2 mile hike along a rocky trail the rubber was pulling apart at the seems. This was my first time wearing them. They are very comfortable, but I've only had them for over a month with minimal wear and now the rubber has pulled away even further. Definitely didn't expect this. I am not sure if mine were a dud or what, but I don't recommend.

Jacquelyn Wynne: I’m on my feet all day I work in dog kennels cleaning and walking dogs. These are waterproof slip proof and very comfortable I love them.

Lois: I'm on my 4th pair of XPETI hiking boots. I have tried others but come back to these. They are reasonably priced and fit great. I am a postal worker and have a mail route. I'm on my feet most of the day. I curl my foot on the outer edge. So when the sole wears down, I need a new pair. I buy new work boots about every 3 months. The rest of the shoe is in great shape, but I can't have my foot curl outward when walking. I bought many different types of shoes over the years. Some over $200. They all wear out in approximately 3 months. These are comfortable. I like the thicker tread on the bottom. They hug my feet nicely, have no outer edge trip hazard, and have a nice reinforced front bumper. They keep my feet dry in the wet weather and warm in the cold weather. Not as lightweight as some shoes, but that doesn't bother me. I really love these work boots.

JulieJulie: ~Sizing
I ordered size 7.5 and 8 in Brown (to inevitably match the mud) because I was unsure which would fit best. I normally wear size 7 in heels and 8 in running shoes. The size 8 fit me much better than the 7.5 because the 7.5 was too snug in the toe box.
~Support
The shoes have a slight arch in them which I like because I have flexible flat feet. The insoles are removable in case you want to exchange them for more supportive ones. The shoes also have a loop for hanging or easy carrying. I always appreciate this because you can hang them up to dry after getting muddy. It also helps pulling the shoe on/off. The bottom of the shoes look very grippy and promising.
~Comfort
The shoes felt very comfortable when first trying on. They are cushioned which explains why I needed a size 8 like with my running shoes.
~Lightweight
The shoes feel very lightweight compared to the waterproof working boots I found at Wal-Mart. These are clearly meant for active lifestyles and you need light shoes to get around.
I live in Hawaii and go hiking a lot. Once I test them out for comfortability long-term and waterproof effectiveness, I'll update my review.

Jessica B.Jessica B.: Bought in 2021 to hike the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. Straight out of the box they were comfortable for a 12mi hike. They have been to the Amazon and to the mountains of Peru (2nd pic) just last week where I hiked 8 miles and 6 miles back to back with no issues. These are great boots and I won’t hesitate to buy them again.
