Alfretha: Have used many heating pads over the years, and these are by far and away the best I have ever used. Have been using them for years and keep an extra 1 in reserve for when 1 wears out. They last for 3-4 years with daily use. Have recommended them to family and friends and none of them regretted buying 1. Definitely recommend them to everyone. Especially love the 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8 hours, and on no shutoff, time settings, Sorry to see the upgraded version only has 2 and on time settings, definitely won't be getting 1 of them.

Nancy Hamel: I bought this bc it was one of the biggest ones and only one I could find that didn't have the silly 2 hr. shut off? It doesn't get as hot as I'd like but its ok. I like how you can set it to run up to 8 hrs. Most are 30-120 mins thrn shut off.

rbstauffer: Updated: I had high hopes for this heating pad. It was a nice large size, not too big. I liked the construction. It didn't separate like old style ones that would fill up with air and shift. I was able to wrap it around my upper arm and get relief. It was great and then 2 days ago it just stopped working, no heat at all. So
now i have to get replacement.

The company contacted me immediately about my original review. They wanted to know the details about the problem. They sent a replacement and I didn't have to ask for it. I really like a company that cares for their customers not just for the bottom line. I really like this hot pad, so fingers crossed it lasts!

Wendy Van Camp: I have cold feet and I find I need a small heating pad to help keep them warm at night. Even in summer. My old heating pad was small and gave out after over a decade of use. When I went looking for a replacement, all the pads had automatic cut-offs which would make it useless for me. I need one that stays on all night.

This pad was larger and has an assortment of cut-off points, including stay-on always and an 8-hour cut-off. I was sold.

When the pad arrived, I discovered it had a plush, soft cover and a control pad that you can change in the dark without much issue. It has nine settings for heat, but I tend to keep it on a low level since that is all I need for my feet. I suspect if you need a high heat setting for backpain, this would work well for you too. Although, if you use high settings, I would recommend only keeping it on a short time.

A few weeks after I started using it, my cat discovered the pad. She is a big cat, but this pad's size is accommodating for her, unlike my previous small pad. Kindle Customer: I have had several heating pads. My husband likes it colder than I do, so the air conditioner makes me cold while we watch TV. AND the AC vent is behind me. So I like to have a heating pad. I have used several, most are too hot on the lowest setting. But this one is perfect. I use it every day & it's still working like new. Also, I have arthritis in my wrists and I bend it over my arm to warm my wrists. Other pads have quit because of this, but not this one. I've had it since 2021 and it is great. The bad points . . . hmmmm, can't think of one! In fact, I plan to buy an extra, because it lasts so long, I'm afraid I won't be able to get another one if this one does finally quit!!! It's just the perfect heating pad that I have always wanted.

Angelo Rigitano: This is a great product. The timer controller works flawlessly, including the stay on option. The 6 heat settings give excellent control and the temperature changes quickly. Unfortunately it did fail after almost 2 years, but I called the company and they sent me a new one right away. Great customer service. The replacement one is working fine.
