Randy Stanard: I initially purchased this lever wire nut because I had an application where a bracket to hold the wire nut was helpful. These did not disappoint. The bracket does solidly hold the lever wire nut in place.
These lever wire nuts seem to be quality constructed and grab the conductor making a reliable connection. Once the lever is closed, wires cannot be removed (unless you release the lever). It grabs wires very solidly and makes a reliable connection. I would trust these lever wire nuts to join wires for long term service.
The only CON for this product is that the levers are NOT color coded. If you read the description carefully, you'll see that these lever wire nuts are configured for TWO inline circuits. These lever wire nuts do NOT tie all four conductors together. Each of two inline circuits are tied together. Because all levers are orange, you might believe that you can connect 4 wires together as you might with tradtional wire nuts, but this is NOT true. What you have are two separate circuits inside this wire nut, so you could connect together a pair of two-wire cables.
