Craig S. Remsberg: As a replacement for traditional wire nuts, these are amazing! Simple, fast, secure, and extra easy if you have to re-wire anything (i.e. replace a photocell) They are also way better for connecting stranded wire to solid.

JB: I mostly use standard wire nuts, but sometimes in tight spaces or if you have a lot of connections to make these Wago connectors can't be beat.

TomM: These often come in handy for low voltage applications. I have used them for HVAC and doorbells. All are 24 volt AC. For line voltage I feel more confident using wire nuts or lugs, depending on voltage and current draw. Lost one star for being overly priced compared to other brands.

RandyK: Love these Wago connectors. Use them all over the house when upgrade lights or switches. I really like them when connecting a solid wire to a stranded wire common in lights and dimmers. Much better connection than twisting the two different types of wire in a wire nut.

Raiyn Storm: I was replacing a range hood in my kitchen. The feed wires were cut and wire nuts were used to connect to the next outlet. They tied the old range hood with its stranded wired into that same circuit rather than pigtail out.
Naturally, since this was in a hidden box, they just covered it and moved on. The three way Wago handles the job that the pigtail would have done by allowing having the continuing circuit be one thing while attaching the range hood in parallel. It also works wonders with stranded wire.
