Justin M: This cane is made of good quality materials. The cook handle lasted me about a year before it started giving me trouble. The metal tip would go right through the tip of the cane. The height of the cane is adjustable. I used it outdoors for 2 summers before I needed to replace it. It all depends on how much you use it. Thank you for reading my review. chacha: I got this cane with the spike so I can walk on top of frozen lakes and rivers. They're glare ice, and though I wear cleats, it's really easy to lose your purchase and fall hard. So this cane has helped with my confidence and allows me to walk at a brisk pace.
PLUS it's good looking with the cork handle! After finding the perfect height, i really tightened the joints. It's good to know it's collapsible in case i need to take it traveling. The price is very reasonable for what you get.

M. Bauer: This cane appears to be a copy of my venerable Mountainsmith globe trotter cane with the benefit of a smaller collapsed size. This cane is one of the most comfortable and easily carried canes. It fits into my carryon and provides sufficient support for my 220#plus frame and locks easily to right height. It has a strap so I can take pictures on my walks without having to find a place to lean the cane against. I find the spring in the body provides a great support when hiking up a local 6000’ peak.
