I am 180-200lbs since my weight fluctuates since we as women experience bloating and menstrual cycles and excessive eating due to craving lol. Than being said I love everything about it except one thing which I hope they fix in the future. I have a longer torso so it only covers up to my mid section leaving quite a gap on my upper stomach. Hopefully they can implement what is called a segmented velcro sauna waist trainer design with the same material they currently use on this. I would design the mid section part to stick to the upper and lower parts so you don't have trouble getting a snuggly fit. Plus helps adjust as every woman is different in torso size. As for me i have a fupa but the top and mid is toned but fits loose with this current design. I only recommend this if you have a short torso (true to size) if you have a long one look for julian sauna segmented waist trainer (size up).

AnnAnn: I love how the item was shipped to me the following day after I ordered. The timing was so perfect as I plan to do an exercise on that day. As for the product, the quality is great! The material seems durable and stretchable at the same time. What I love about it, is the back support on each sides which is perfect for keeping your posture while doing some work outs. I think the only issue I can see is the sizing. I ordered small which is a bit tight but since the item is stretchy so it can still fit me. I guess I just need to do more workouts so it would loosen up a little by time.

Amy Cannady: I had bariatric surgery about 7 months ago and thought I'd try a waist trainer to help with some of the belly fat. This thing is amazing! It's very comfortable, gives a lot of support, and I can feel the heat in the area I wanted. Not too hot at all, but I can feel it doing what it's advertised to do. Can't wait to see the results!

JB: I bought this for a couple reasons, and at the top of my mind were two things: support my back better and work and lose some flab.

WHOA. This belt does both way better than I ever could have dreamed. I've owned several different waist trainers/belts over the years, but none of them match this one. First, it is the largest one I've ever had: I mean, this thing goes right up to the top of my hip bones, and that's from just beneath the girls. When I tell you there's complete coverage, I am not joking.

Second, it does not fold over. Ever. At all. My job is nothing but bending, moving, turning, stretching, and I kid you not, people, this belt never, ever folded or shifted, not even a little. It is EXCELLENT if you're trying to improve your posture or want to take some of the load off your lower back. The construction is so sturdy, that I don't care how much you sweat or move, this belt is not going to lose constriction or position whatsoever. You better mean it where you put it, that's all I can say.

Third, THE SWEATING. SO MUCH WATER. You will indeed sweat your a$$ off wearing this belt, and that's a good thing. The way they've made the adjustable straps that...
