Mallory: I have such a hard time finding socks I like because they always seem to slip (causing excess material at the toe), squeeze my ankle, or stretch out. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and I'm always frustrated they don't have exactly sizing in socks, but these fit absolutely perfectly! I've purchased my second pack and am throwing out all of my other dress socks. They're thin enough for summer but not too thin for colder weather. They don't squeeze my thick ankles and they stay snug to my foot all day. You won't regret getting these!!

Kweb: I'm tall with long feet, shoe size 10.5, and I generally buy men's socks because women's are one-size that only really fits up to 10. Since these FGZ socks offer 2 sizes, I thought they were worth a try. Brand new, they stretch enough to fit my feet - just barely. I'm guessing that repeated washing or anything other than air drying will make them too small. Even now my toes feel a bit cramped after a day. Otherwise, these are well-made socks of nice fabric, so they'd be a good choice for anyone where size isn't an issue.

900000000: There are a few things about these socks that might be of interest:

I have skinny legs and ankles, and the ribbing at the top of these socks begins to feel tight after wearing for a couple of hours. This double ribbed cuff leaves an indention on my skin.

I easily corrected this problem by turning the sock inside out, and cutting off the ribbing where it appears to be joined to the smooth knit.

It's easy to see the place to cut on the inside of the sock because it should be cut in the middle of the looped threads that secure the double layers of the cuff to the single layer smooth knit of the foot. Don't forget to turn the sock right side out before wearing because cutting off the cuff creates a single roll at the top edge.

Cutting off the cuff makes the sock shorter, but the sock stays up just as well as it did with the cuff. That's because the fiber content of the sock includes a significant amount of elastic. This fiber content seems to generate a bit of fuzzy pilling after wearing a couple of times. It's not the worst I've seen, but neither is it the least amount of pilling I've ever experienced.

Hayley Baker: These socks are a little on the thin side, and go up a bit higher on the leg than expected. Overall, they are a good sock and I hope they hold up over time! They don't seem to have any issues after being washed several times since I have had them. They are very soft, not itchy and good for wearing with my Blundstones.

Customer: These socks are very soft !! however, they are a little short for my liking and they were a bit tight around my ankle.
