Amazon Customer: Great sock for swollen calf. They stay in place and do not slide down into my shoes when I am walking. They stretch enough to go over my large ankle and lower calf. The top band of the sock does not dig into my skin which makes it very comfortable to wear all day. This is the second time I have purchased these socks because they are comfortable. The ones I bought two years ago are still like new
