I have a bad neck and shoulder and this “purse pack” is exactly what I needed. I love it and it’s pretty!!! Durable also, I clean it with cleaning wipes when I get home. joemama: she LOVED IT, but sadly on her trip to mexico the zipper or strap broke. i forgot which one. the bag was very nice quality. maybe she just had too much weight? no idea but .. still a little sad :(
