bld424: I didn’t want to buy these at first because the sole is white and I thought they’d look dirty. But, oh well. They aren’t especially dingy a month of use later.
The instep has a texture that my kids at first found off putting, but they have adapted to it.
I do think these grooves collect more dirt.
I expected my kid to need size 1, but needed to go back to 13 or he’d have blisters on the upper foot. He is a 13.5 a slim foot.

Amazon Customer: Purchased these shoes for my son about 2 months ago. I spent quite awhile searching for a shoe that wasn't overly priced but also durable, because my son can be hard on his shoes. When we got them I was super impressed with the quality. My 6 year old loves them! He wears them everywhere. Even outside to play. I was making him change to his play shoes but gave up on that lol. His shoes are still holding up. No tears, rips or malfunctions as of yet. Will buy more when he grows out of these.
