Amazon Customer: Not one to write a bad review however.. Product is defiantly bigger than described. Be sure to measure then order. Boot fits big. beautiful color. Tried to return for an exchange took all the information then issued a refund and they are holding my refund until item is inspected. No where does it say that and I can not even order the size I want especially after I started an exchange process then they changed it to a refund. Absolutely no help from Amazon customer service either.

Theresa: Product didn’t fit, sent back for a return. Disappointed in Amazon updates. Account still shows they are awaiting return, purolator shows item received by them a week ago. Would like to see a status update and confirmation of refund. Product itself was fine, just not the correct fit.

Cody: The boot is fine for the price, 80-90$ what can you expect, I don’t expect these to even be near as good as my $200 ariats but see the price difference, you pay for quality, these do not have any arch support, they are sized 1 whole size larger than usual, but they will do until the soles separate lol, bought these for factory work & I think they will be fine, I do suggest getting some type of 1” thick gel foot bed for these if you mess around and order your normal size by accident it makes the boot feel perfect size wise, another thing the outter sole is extremely hard so a gel footbed is necessary if you’re on your feet, other then that the leather feels/looks fine to me like I said for the price

Xander Therrien: I wear a size 13 so I bought a 12 for a snug fit and I have had to put 3 insoles in these boots and they still slide on my heels I put them next to a size 14 pair of shoes and there still bigger. Also they are not 10 inch and instead are 13 inches tall which would have been great to know. so just a heads up if you order these they are absolutely huge and are obnoxiously tall.

TTrax71: I received these today and immediately put them on and they are nice Boots. I left for the Grocery Store and walked for a while and the Leather breaks in fairly fast and start to become more comfortable. I wear a 12 tennis shoe and ordered an 11m in these and they are still a bit loose but just fine with a thicker sock and almost wish I would have ordered a 10 1/2 and stretched them a little bit the 11 is just fine. There is very little arch which is just fine with me. I tried on these exact pair in size 11 at Super Shoes and they were REALLY snug so that’s why I ordered an 11 but after receiving these they are different by about 3/8’s to 1/2 an inch in length. I’m not sure why if these are factory seconds or what but it’s easier to stretch a Boot to get it to fit perfectly than to add socks, the Boot will never quite feel like you want it to. I own several Leather Boots and know how they should fit right outta the Box, nice and snug with a tiny bit of heel slippage and that’s about what these are doing so maybe I’ll keep these. I got them half price also like new from the Warehouse with tags still on them. Great Boots and yes 100% Leather!!! Semper...
