ashley: Great product, its a bit smaller than I thought but thats no issue. The day I got it I read through the manual and set the time and date with the remote, then the remote randomly stopped working. I don't know what the issue could be and now the clock is on the brightest settings and is kinda uncomfy when I look at it at night. Other than that I love it and I will just have to learn to adjust the settings with the three buttons on the back

Michael: Bought this item over a year ago, literally fell in love. It's bright, easy to read, always seems to be a conversation piece and we also use it at as a night light in our living room.
The problem begins when it broke? It actually still worked just didn't have the correct time, and I couldn't use the remote to change the time it would just start flashing randomly. I was browsing for another one when I thought to reach out to the seller to see if they would be able to help me an any way. To my surprise, they were very helpful and understanding. Literally sent an upgraded model (one where you can actually change the time on the back, instead of just on the remote) through 2 day shipping . AMAZING Customer service. Something you don't find very often these days.
