Rating a boat seat is kind of difficult--what can you say about them? They are comfortable, pretty-they match the boat, and they seem to be durable, although I can't attest to that yet. Maybe in a year or so, I'll edit this rating, but for now, I think they're pretty decent, and the price was good, too.

I bought 3 of these seats along with 1 of the Wise Pro Casting Small Pro Seat (Grey/Charcoal/Red) even though the color description listed are different they actually are the same.
I have an older boat, looks great still, I had to deal with the seats design to attach differently than my old ones. I was able to adjust the install to work. I am very happy so far with my seats.

they are not the size that the description says they are. they are not as deep nor are they as wide. I was disappointed in that. other than that they are really pretty seats. I just hope they are as comfortable as my old ones and I hope they hold up as well as my old ones.

The seats are very well made and attractive. I was disappointed that they were smaller than the Tracker seats they were bought to replace. The Price and shipping were the best I could find for the same product on the Internet. I always feel confortable when buying through Amazon.
