Audrey: What I can say, Amazon came through for me again. My original Apple mouse stopped working. After trouble shooting and calling Apple, it was determined it was no longer functioning. (only 3.5 years old) I called to many stores in the city however due to COVID, stock was zero.
Checked on Amazon and whalla ~ available, better pricing and immediate delivery. The product itself sells itself which I'm happy with yet kudos to Amazon for helping me through!

BMO: I bought a Mac mini recently, I already had everything needed for the setup but I wanted the Magic Mouse 2 to really get the full Mac, desktop experience. I am happy with it, the gesture support is pretty much only available on this or the Magic Trackpad. This product does has some silly things about it, chief among them is the lightning port on the bottom of the mouse (making it impossible to use it while charging). I test a lot of PC hardware and coming from a premium gaming mouse to this, the Magic Mouse just doesn’t glide like my Roccat Kone Pro does. I had to turn up the cursor speed to maximum to be able to use this and enjoy it. Apple does not disclose the max DPI of this mouse, but it feels low to me coming from gaming mouses that cost as much or more than this product. If you don’t play games with a mouse on PC, you’d never notice.

The build quality of this mouse is as good as everything else that Apple makes, it’s solid and durable. I think the top is plastic, rather than glass but I’m not sure. It still feels good to hold and use. I like how it just senses left and right clicks even though there isn’t two individual buttons. That plus the gestures...

Simera H: This mouse is so much better than battery powered mouse that came with my old MacBook Pro. True enough, I could have ordered this mouse when I ordered my laptop but I had already been using the battery powered mouse from my old computer. The fact that is has a rechargeable battery makes it far more practical than the previous one where I had to replace the double A batteries every couple of months. With this mouse, all I have to do is plug it in doing computer down time and it matches the color of my new MacBook Pro. A win, win and I highly recommend this product.

Richard: Not the most ergonomic mouse and not for prolonged use especially if you have RSI already.

I gave my first Magic Mouse 1 to my dad many years back and that was always getting replaced with batteries to power the mouse much like the Magic keyboard it came with when I purchased my iMac back in 2012. It is nice to have to just charge the mouse using the lightning cable it came with instead.

The only con I don't like is the positioning of the USB when you need to charge it. You cannot use the mouse when charging due to the unideal location of the charging port (under the mouse) and it takes 2 hours to fully charge the mouse (good for a couple of so weeks depending on usage) and there is no light or any such indicator tot ell you it is fully charged. It if it at least had RGB lights that glowed on the side to indicate the (universal) colours of "red for no battery", "Green for Charging" and another colour to indicate fully charged. Also instead of a lightning cable, maybe a mini wireless dock that can charge while you are still able to use the mouse and reposition the charge port.

Other than that, It's an Apple Mouse that is definitely compatible with your Apple...

Tad The Tech Man: A

The Magic Mouse 2 comes packed with a vast amount of bells and whistles such as a light weight design, multitouch surface and a rechargeable battery, something that was missing from the original Magic Mouse.

Now some of you might be sitting there thinking to yourself, you just recently switched from a desktop set up to a MacBook. Macbook’s like most laptops have trackpad’s with them so why would you ever invest in something such as the Magic Mouse?

Well see because a traditional mouse is what I’m used to. I’ve been using desktop set ups all my life and it just felt weird constantly having to use the trackpad whenever I wanted to move my curser around and overall just started to feel like an inconvenience. Sure, I could have sucked it up and gotten more use to the trackpad but it only made sense for me to stick with what I know and I’m so glad that I picked this mouse up.

In the packaging, which is very nice and simple, we get the Magic Mouse 2 itself, a lighting to USB charging cable and some user manuals that neither you or I are going to actually read, but it does include a 1 year warranty with it from the get go.

So lets start off...
