Very happy with them.

John K.: Got this for photo work and more detailed work that a drag mouse just doesn't do as well at. I have always found trackballs to be more accurate in these situations so I switch out my mouse for the application being used and accuracy needed. Only thing better IMO would be a pen system, but I don't do enough photo work anymore to justify the cost.

Amazon Customer: O melhor mouse ergonômico que já utilizei até hoje. Contribui muito para evitar LER nas mãos, podendo ser utilizado por destros ou canhotos.

Kyle G: I always keep a couple of these stocked because they tend to break after a couple years and manufacturers like to discontinue trackballs for years on end so if yours breaks in a bad time you're out extra money gambling on a used one on ebay. I had gotten a much fancier Kensington one that finally kicked the bucket and broke this one out and man the difference a mousewheel makes is immeasurable when you're playing videogmes. Most you can rebind or hack together some hotkeys to replicate it but certain games rely on it heavily and you basically can't play them which sucks. Really shouldn't be a feature that's missing on a modern mouse. Could easily put it in a few spots on the mouse without even changing its shape or hardware besides obviously adding a wheel and some wires and extending the board inside. The smaller buttons get fat fingered sometimes and you'll go back on browsers or pop some random input in games you forgot you had bound. This mouse gets bonus point for the basic feature of some plastic over the eye so dust and dirt doesn't clog it up. So many trackballs suffer from this and it's a pain to keep them clean and functional. The little bearings are seated much better...

Sail4Life: I discovered the Trackman Marble years ago to alleviate worsening carpal tunnel syndrome. I love the fact that it's ambidextrous, as that is another way to give my dominant hand/arm a rest. While they last a long time, they don't last forever, so I always buy two at a time. My biggest fear is that someday, Logitech will discontinue them.

Beverly A. BamburyBeverly A. Bambury: I got this affordable trackball similar to one I had years ago. It felt great in my hand again and I was thrilled, until I realized there is no scroll function.
I looked and looked and it turns out you have to download extra software to reprogram some of the buttons for scroll. The problem is I use a Chromebook and the programs are only good for Mac and Windows. I get it--that's most people, but plenty of people use Chrome OS and they are not going to get the best functionality out of this.
If you use Windows or Mac I say this is a great, smooth budget trackball and download the software from the Logitech site to get better functionality. To everyone else -- be sure you don't need a scroll. Thankfully in my case I have one on my keyboard so I can live without it, but next time I need a mouse/trackball will be sure to get one that scrolls.

R. S.: I am a fan of trackballs and have been for many years. Cannot believe that many people have not tried one and still use so called mice that require a flat surface and excessive hand and arm movement to use.
Have used on PC's and now on a Macbook Pro which my son who works for Apple bought me. I am being dragged kicking and screaming into the Mac world but am catching on. Do like the Mac's track pad better than Window's version and do like Iphoto but so far not much else. Completely hate Mac's address bar for browsers as font is far too small,,,,yes I know I can enlarge by changing screen resolution but isn't that a bit stupid!
However even though I do somewhat like Mac's trackpad,,,I still cannot find a reason to use it over the Trackman Mouse,,,except for multi finger scrolling and other such capabilities. I have found a combination of the Trackman with Apple's trackpad does an excellent job. Wished the Trackman had scrolling feature as Apples absolutely stupid and narrow scroll bar is hard to target with the cursor. Apple,,,,take a look at these severe deficiencies and do a bit of work on these design flaws for us older folks.
By far my favorite capability...

Data: This is the most comfortable device I've purchased for its purpose and my work-flow is sustainable because of it. Despite that it doesn't have a lot of useful buttons, and no mouse/scroll wheel, I've made due so far.
Unfortunately they are flimsy. My first one lasted 5 years. Every other one lasts less than a year, sometimes I go through 1 every 3 months. Infrequently these can die in a month. I'm very displeased with the apparent built in obsolescence that LOGI has been doing with this product and I have relied on it for my work for decades, but now I don't have to work so I won't be relying on this any longer and feel used every time I have to lay down 60 bucks for this thing that I know will break in a few months.
To extend the life of the wire I put a heavy duty rubber band around it and encase the wire to its underside. The wire is one issue that fails and the other issue is the button, it starts double clicking at some point and then just fails all together, releasing when I'm dragging something.
I want a new product to go to, but no longer required since I can get away with other devices now, but I would still buy this if I had assurances that it would...
