UNA MULTIFUNCIONAL COMPLETA .....pero leeeeeeeeeeentisima . me gusta la calidad de las fotos e impresiones, el escaner tamaño doble carta.
Tarda mucho al acomodarse para sacar una copia,impresion, y peor aun si quieres la copia o impresion a doble cara o tipo credencial.
La recepcion de señal para datos por WI FI tarda mas en comparacion que otras multifuncionales aun mas sencillas.
Para sacar copia o impresion en doble carta ,solo lo puedes hacer por el alimentador de hoja externo y tienes que insertar hoja por hoja ademas de que la bandeja es pequeñisima y tienes que usar tus manos para ayudar a la bandeja ,ya que la hoja es demasiado larga para esta bandejita.
Otra situacion que no me gusta es que de las "dos bandejas de papel ocultas" no san tan ocultas pues para hojas tamaño oficio la bandeja queda muy afuera.
Para uso en casa es mas que excelente o lugares que no anden con prisas, pero para trabajos que requieren rapidez en negocio u oficina a mi parecer....no la recomiendo.

So far I love it. The Installation went fine. I keyed in all the normal WiFi stuff and it worked.
The printer is not nearly as noisy as I had expected from some reviews. It's quieter than the HP Photo it replaced. It does have a quiet mode that you can set from printer properties if desired. This does slow it down some.
It came with a printed quick start guide which was nice. Sort of useful to help with doing things in the proper order.
Print quality seems fine to me. In "normal" mode. Text is not quite as black as the previous ink jet. It certainly does not look washed out.This may be one reason it gets such a low cost per page. It does have a best mode which is much darker and more crisp. Best mode is also much slower. Normal is a good every day trade off. Fast mode is better than draft mode usually is in my estimation and is very useful also. The printer is very fast in normal and fast. At times it is a bit slow to get started though. Color graphics follows a similar trend. The higher the speed the less ink on the page. By the way, this Brother is at least 2X the speed of the HP photo printer I am comparing it to.

DO NOT INSTALL FIRMWARE L IF YOU PRINT 11X17 PDF DOCUMENTS OF SIGNIFICANT (50+ PAGE) SIZE.
I have bought two of these units, and have therefore several months experience; however, I only really started using the machine about a month and a half ago when I started working from home. If had written this review before the latest firmware revision (came out Dec 12th, Version L), it would have been 4 stars.
Now I am returning one of the two units because it is broken and Brother technical support 1) seemed not to even consider there might be a problem with the new firmware ("we tested it") 2) offered no solution ("cannot regress the firmware").
The problem: After upgrading to firmware L, printing 50-200page PDFs of 11x17 produces a memory error at random points in the printing process. My main use of the unit is to print 50-200page PDFs of 11x17. I also scan large amounts of 11x17. The new firmware (irreversible) has made the unit defective.

Besides the above, which is a deal-breaker for me since all I do is print and scan large amounts of 11x17 documents to/from PDFs... my review is this is an excellent printer compared to the...

La stampante è dotata di cartucce di inchiostro di prova, già inserite, e di un altro set imballato. Unica nota: non dispone di cavo USB, probabilmente perché dotata di tecnologia Wireless (e NFC).
