Blake: My shower was leaking from the second story into my bottom floor. The brass pipe had cracked directly under the drain. We purchased this product but was having some issues installing. We called customer service and they told us because of the pipe we needed to install it slightly differently. They sent photos, videos and stayed in the phone walking us through how to install. Joe Braxton: I have a new construction shower and the drain failed. I was told by a plumber that there was no access to change it because the shower was all one piece and you need to get underneath. With wingtite it’s all done from the top. It was hard getting the old drain out. I had to use a hammer and screwdriver to bang it counter clockwise, after that it was five minutes. I was quoted $5000 for a new shower install.

Matt: I could not be more impressed with this, saved me a big plumbing job, however anyone buying in thr uk will need to find a pipe reducer at a plumbers merchants to use it as it doesn't fit a uk standard waste pipe.
