Look4ABook: These peppers are a perfect addition to so many meals. The colors add to any dish lik edible decoration.. I have small salads every day and use the peppers in then, whole or chopped. Best is they’re packed with Vitamin C. I always keep a bag in the refrigerator.

Nettie Scott: Great for snacking, but handy when making salads or cooking dishes that require mixed peppers. Excellent for those watching weight as they have a satisfying crunch, work nicely with things like hummus or beans. I think my husband and I eat 1-2 bags of these a week in everything from eggs to salads, to soups, to main dishes. The nutritional value is good as long as you keep in mind that they do have some sugar content. I find that these little guys, when refrigerated, tend to stay fresh for a week or so before they start have soft spots.
