I noticed that these breadcrumbs are much finer than I am used to so I need to take note of that in future recipes. My meatloaf didn’t turn out quite like I’m used to and this is the only change I made. I am very happy with the breadcrumbs but I think some recipes may require modifying due to the finer consistency. Still recommend these and I will consider them in the future.
