Joshua Robertson: Used same day as receiving to fry some walleye and I could hardly believe it was any different then the regular fry. Excited to have this as a tool in my belt for managing keto. Matteson: so i pre boiled the chicken and boiled the pasta in the water i boiled the chicken with. anyhow, i put the cajun flavored pork rind crumbs onto egg dipped chicken and tossed the chicken strips i tore off the boiled chicken breast into the oven at 390 for around 10 to 12 minutes. great stuff for southern cooking
