Jennifer LukasJennifer Lukas: Our little 12lb dog has very little short hair, but we've been amazed at how much she sheds. I started looking into grooming options and thought I would try this. I couldn't believe how much downy fuzz it worked out of her coat that was being missed by her bristle brush. It may not look like a lot compared to some photos, but she really doesn't have a lot of hair to start with as an Italian Greyhound mix, so for her it's a lot.

ClayNR: I have 2 cats, one very short hair and one very long fluffy hair. It pulls the hair rather than actually brushing it. My long haired cat was very irritated by this brush. I do NOT recommend on long hair and it isn't effective on short hair.

Brandy Crosby: I have 3 large dogs, two of which shed like crazy. I had a normal brush which helped a little but was very time consuming. This brush works wonders and cuts down on the grooming time. My GSD's fur was starting to clump together but now he looks like a brand new dog. I don't think my Anatolian will ever let up on the shedding but it helps reduce her shedding in the house, and she loves to be brushed! I have to humor my Rottweiler and brush her too but she's not much of a shedder. I think they all enjoy the extra pampering. Such a great tool for any dog owner and at an affordable price! I've seen name brand brushes go for $30.

R. Jones: It looks like it's a well made product. I used it on my bunny right away, and it did get some of the loose fur off. She seemed to enjoy being combed. I expected it to get more fur off, but I was being gentle. I might get more off if I press harder, but I didn't want to scratch her.
