Phat Rat: Wondering if I had a heart issue I purchased the Pulsebit EX to try and understand what might be wrong. The unit gives several ways to set up the ECG and I found using external leads gives the clearest read. The unit simply states normal or abnormal heart rhythm but does not detail the specifics or diagnose the pathology. To learn how to read my ECG I went to YouTube and the Ninja Nerd channel that teaches medical students. After days of ECG lead vector analysis fundamentals and specific training on common pathological ECG presentations I realized I had a P wave issue and lots of PVC waves called bigeminy. In addition I watched the videos on congestive heart failure due to my ankles swelling up badly and severe shortness of breath (thank you Dr. Google). This whole process took me two weeks to accomplish because I had to watch each of the videos several times and review my video notes daily. I'm not big on going to doctors but after using the Pulsebit EX and seeing my ECG's After self diagnosis of A Fib causing congestive heart failure I quickly made an appointment at a walk in clinic, however, after an ECG they sent me directly to the ER which then did another ECG and then...

Coyotearms: I purchased the device in Dec., 2021. Initially I was disappointed because even using the external leads I did not get good enough readings to definitively see the P wave clearly enough to monitor for A-Fib. With practice I found using the "Chest Lead" mode w/o external leads while lying down works very well just using saliva to wet the two electrodes on the device and contact locations (thumb and chest just below my left (male) breast. In that position I can relax my entire body including head propped up on a pillow. The software works well enough to store records and print them too. Unfortunately when I returned to the Amazon page for the device it indicates it is no longer available, but hopefully this review will be helpful for those who have already purchased it.

Larry Lezon: Overall, I'm very happy with this device. It comes with everything needed to record ECG's - device, cable, spare pads, case. I'm a retired paramedic & RN, with 30+ years of experience taking and reading mostly 2-lead and 12-lead ECG's. So far, all interpretations provided by the app match up with my own professional opinion. (This device only records in leads I and II, but the app interpretation is similar to what I've seen on 12-lead devices.)

With that being said, this device must be used with an app (free on Google Play). The app wasn't too difficult to navigate, though there are some minor issues they could fix to make it a little more user-friendly. After running a 5-minute check using the pads, I was impressed with both the clarity of the ECG tracing and the interpretation. You can assign 2 individual users on the app, plus the option to check others not assigned. All ECG's can be saved and printed.

You can also do a faster ECG check by just holding the device. However, there was a lot more artifact present in these tracings. It was good for a quick look, particularly if you're just wanting to check rhythm regularity or determine if a "missed beat" was a...

Ben: My cardiologist and my electrocardiologist are spending their time telling me the Apple Watch is not good enough to provide any insights.

They told me they need to see at least 2 leads from a medical device. My electro cardiologist recommended Kardia. Looking for it, I discovered this wellvue device, I liked the fact there are 2 leads and wires so I could plug them on my body before working or doing a webinar.

I was trying to catch the “boom” happening in my chest since years but also the recent tachycardia events.

We were not able to find any so far even with EKG. I started to put the pads and do some sessions 5 min for an entire hour to catch something during stressful days. It was really quick detect the “boom” and I was lucky also to catch a big tachycardia attack.

Once you catch an event, you just need to activate Bluetooth to transfer to your phone. Each session of 5 min is around 10MB so it’s taking long to transfer. Once transferred, I was able to detect premature beat on my ECG. I clicked AI to analyze with artificial intelligence and the analyze shows Sinus PAC events and Sinus Tachycardia.

I had a meeting with my electro...
