Lindsey: Yes, this is very lightweight and "plasticy" feeling but it functions very well and looks nice.
We love being able to just open our eyes and see the time on the ceiling. We find the palest setting for the ceiling readout is too pale but the medium setting is perfect and there is one setting even brighter if you don't have blackout curtains and there is ambient light in the room. The nice thing is that during the day, you can't see the ceiling readout if the blinds are up as there is too much light. Having ghe USB charger for my phone is handy.
Very happy with this clock.

Valden Valmont: Everything about this clock is perfect and exactly what I needed for placing on the headboard shelf of my bed. The USB slot is also perfect for adding a USB reading light! It should be an easy five star, right?

Almost.

The clock has practically no weight to it, which means it's easy to knock around (causing the projector to flop around so don't get used to your aim) and worse yet, that reading light I added actually weighs more, so the whole thing wants to tip over unless you carefully position the lamp.

Clark Brown: I personally like projection clocks. It's nice to be in bed and simply look up to see the time. This clock is inexpensive and does the job quite well. It is easy to use. One nice feature is the adjustable brightness of both the main display and projected display. I have 10 foot ceilings with a white border and dark tray. My last projection clock would display on the dark part of the tray and be visible. This clock does not have quite the brightness it properly illuminate a dark surface 11 feet away. On the white surface 10 feet away, it shines clearly. The unit is extremely light weight. This allows the clock to move easily with any movement or weight of the power cord. The clock would be better if it had some weight added to the base. But for the money, it can't be neat.

Michelle Black: Bought a different projector clock a couple weeks ago with a blue light - and didn’t like it. Bought this one and love it! The clock display and the projector display have separate controls so you can actually turn the clock display completely off and still adjust the projector display brightness. Love it! We also like the red light better than the blue light. The combination of the red light and the ability to turn off the clock display allows it to be much darker in our bedroom than when we used the clock we had purchased with the blue light. This one was nicely packaged and seemed like a better quality product! I should state that we haven’t tried the alarm as we we use our cell phones for our alarms, not the clock.

Mel GreenbergMel Greenberg: We've wanted a projection alarm clock for quite some time but didn’t make the move to buy one until we saw this one on Amazon. We decided to get this because we’ve done business with this vendor before (we purchased their ice maker previously and it was truly life changing for us). Anyway, before we bought this projection alarm clock, our cats would visit us in the night, and often for quite a bit of time. But when I turned over to see the time, they didn’t like the movement and left for somewhere more stable. Now, we don’t need to turn over in bed to see the time. The very clear and crisp time is displayed on the ceiling and that’s that. We love this projection alarm clock and we’re glad to say, so do the cats. Strongly recommend this projection alarm clock, for obvious reasons.

Kellee: Love the CONVENIENCE of this LED projector alarm clock. Having higher ceilings in the bedroom, we really appreciate the flexibility to increase the brightness / size of the time display on the ceiling. As well as having the ability to easily "position" the ceiling display by swinging the projection "arm" forwards or backwards - as well as adjusting it by 180 degrees. Overall, the setup is fairly intuitive... Reviewing the User Guide is definitely helpful for ensuring you are aware of ALL features / functionality.

The graduated-volume toning of the alarm is pleasant... And even with mild tinnitis, it is clear and easy to hear. Clock plug-in options include a standard 2-prong connection -- or USB. This alarm clock is so much more than just a nice-to-have, latest-tech gadget. It is indeed a very PRACTICAL solution for a hugely annoying problem.

As one other reviewer mentioned, it would be nice to have other color options for the case, such as white or silver. Definitely glad I made this purchase.
