WELLBOX Alarm Clock: 6-Level Brightness Bedroom Clock for Optimal Sleep

Chris: Everything about this little clock is nice except it does not serve its primary purpose; it does not keep time. This clock loses about 1 minute or more a week, so after a month, you notice that you are about 5 minutes behind. Sure, it's no big deal to reset it, but if you have to check to see what time it is to tell your clock, what's the purpose in the clock?

Richard T.Richard T.: Of course everyone has a phone by their side, 24/7 these days. But when my wife and I are on the couch, no clocks are in view and constantly having to check the phone for the time is kinda a pain. We put this clock behind a glass door on our TV cabinet and it is both unnoticeable and noticeable at the same time. So easy to see, when you're looking at it, but the blue numbers also make it easy to not see unless you're looking. The clock is about 8-10 feet from our couch and the numbers are very easily readable. We're not using it as an alarm in any way, so I can't speak to that function. But we love this clock!

Maria: The design of this clock is nice. It is a good size, sturdy, easy to read, and the adjustable brightness is perfect. The three different alarm sounds and the two loudness levels are also good. My one concern is about how easy it could be to turn the alarm off accidentally when pressing the snooze bar. The alarm gets turned off for the day by pressing either the + or - buttons on the top, which are on the sides of the snooze bar. So if you are one of those people (like me) who slaps the top of the clock to hit snooze, chances are you will accidentally turn it off and fall back asleep. It would be a much better design if there was a hard mechanical switch for shutting off the alarm for the day. I’ll keep the clock because I can use it in the house. But I am not confident using it as my alarm clock. I would not have bought it if I had understood this.

F. Moyer: I was looking for a clock that:
- had a large display
- had blue or green digits
- had display dimming capability
- was easy to set/reset (since directions can get lost)
- had battery backup (which this clock does NOT have)
As this clock had 4 out of 5 features I wanted, I ordered it (but I also rated it only 4 out of 5 stars as a result).

Deborah Taylor: Great inexpensive alarm clock like the brightness variations, difference variations of alarm chirping birds, buzzer, or chime. different loudness.
Alarm also has snooze button for 9 more minutes of sleep can be used several different times. This is an
inexpensive alarm that is suppose to have a backup battery, but have not been able to test this since have not had electricity failure to test if works or not. Is very light weight and easy to knock over has 3 buttons on the top of clock, very large easy to read numbers. Very nice alarm.
