William: Arrived with the box completely crushed, and missing spoon. Both box seals broken. Although my bottle was not leaking and seal was inact, another bottle in the case must have been, as the box and envelope stunk like fish oill, and the box had an oily stain.

This is a third of the price my vet charges, and it seems to work great for dry skin. I have to use a syringe, as the cats won't eat their food if I put this on it. But they seem okay talking it by syringe, and it's much less messy than the spoon on food method.
