Ray Saltrelli: This is a great grill but I've only had it a few months and the wheels are already starting to get a little wonky. If you don't plan on moving it very often then it might not be a problem, but if you move it a lot, the wheels will get crooked and I imagine they will eventually fall off like other grills I've had.

Rockin' Oldey: the overall heft, metal housing thickness has decreased. While that doesn't really affect functionality, it gives the product a tinny feel compared to older models of the same grill. The grates are porcelain coated cast iron which is nice. I usually have to replace the grates every couple of years because they lose their coating and rust. We'll see what happens.

I've used these Genesis and Spirit grills for 20+ years and this is a shadow of the first ones. The temperature controls work backwards of how they did previously and feel cheap. Everything made in the U.S.A.! We'll see how long it lasts.

Wen: Really love this grill. We paid to have it assembled in our yard and take away the old one. It was well worth the cost. The delivery guys were here less then an hour. We used the grill that very night. Hope it lasted as long as the reviews are stating. Very happy with the grill for now.

P. A. CURCIOP. A. CURCIO: It’s a Weber..need I say more? I had an older model for 17 years, I used it constantly, it was definitely time for an upgrade.
I chose to assemble It myself it took some time, but the instructions were clear. All the parts were packed very well, there was a small dent in one of the legs but it didn’t cause any problems with the assembly.
The grill heats up very fast, it has three burners, each comes with a knob. It ignites with the press of a button. I like the fact that theres a “meter”attached to the side that holds the propane tank, it has red notches showing how much fuel is left in the tank. I use it several times a week I’m very satisfied with this grill.

BJSBJS: We were happy to have the grill arrive a day earlier than expected. So glad we waited til the weekend to set it up and not after a day of work as it took 3 hours to complete the set up. For the most part the instructions were good minus the burner connection. The manual showed it connected upon delivery but ours was not. A bit disappointed that one piece broke off as we were connecting the dial panel and one shelf had a couple small dents. Haven't tried cooking on it yet as we just sat down to write this review. Our son-in-law ordered this from Lowes and they include home set up in their purchase price--same $ as what we paid on Amazon.

Cliente de Amazon: El asador es hermosa difícil de armar aunque entre el manual y la app de BILT mejora la experiencia. Lo que si es qué hay piezas como los postes de las patas son frágiles y al menos en mi caso llegaron deformados lo cual complicó el ensamblaje al punto qué hay tornillos que no embonan. De una experiencia de 2 hora de armado se convirtió en 5 hrs por los errores de envío y embalaje.

R A Wilson: This is an excellent BBQ. Not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. This would have been given a 5 star rating but the BBQ was slightly damaged (bent leg) when unpacked. We were able to put it back into shape and assemble the Grill, but how the leg got bent is a bit of a mystery as the box was not damaged?

Bill Davenport: Delivered on a pallet, right to my garage, packaging was excellent to keep everything secure. Easy to follow instructions in assembly and great craftsmanship in the product. It arrived just as expected, and just in time! I assembled it in the morning and the next day we had a hurricane that cut the power for 24 hours ... so we were very thankful to God that we had a grill ... and it worked great! Couldn't be more happy.

Gil: Put it together yesterday and haven't cooked with it yet, but here's my impressions so far:

The packing is unbelievable. Don't know how many times they tried different arrangements, but whoever came up with the final packaging is a genius. Everything in the box was undamaged and easy to get at and identify. No parts missing, and non left over after assembly.

Parts fit and finish were excellent. Every part fit exactly as shown in the assembly guide with no mis-alignment of any screw holes. Total time to assemble was just under two hours. Assembled product looks good. One thing to keep in mind, I assembled mine in the house due to the cool, blustery, wet weather. When it was finished I wasn't sure it would fit through the door due to the width of it, but I had an inch to spare. Might want to check your door width if you decide to assemble it inside.

Will follow this review up with my impressions after I've used it a few times. Meanwhile, very pleased so far.
