Mauro: Come sembre prodotti Weber non deludono. Fatto bene. Tiene saldo l'alimento quando lo giri. Facile da pulire l'alimento non si attacca. Unica cosa: troppo caro con il BF l'ho potuto comprare.

Spedizione e packaging : La graticola è arrivata nella sua confezione originale senza alcun problema e nei tempi previsti da Amazon

Descrizione : La graticola Weber è molto comoda sia se si vuole cucinare del pesce, non più di 3/4 alla volta e di medie dimensioni, sia altro. Infatti va benissimo anche per le salsicce e pancetta. Infatti la chiusura di questa graticola fa sì, sia che non si attacchi nulla e soprattutto capovolgendo l’intera graticola, il pesce e/o la carne non cadrà di lato.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ho usato prodotti specifici e una pezza umida, non quelle con la retina o normali spugne, per evitare graffi.

Conclusione : La graticola Weber è un prodotto che serve per chi usa il barbecue e vuole una cottura omogenea. Qualità prezzo ottima, anche se il prezzo è più alto di altri brand. Molto facile nell’utilizzo. Mi sento di consigliarla.

]pa|v900[: Schon lange hatte ich es vor leckeren 🐟 auf meinem Grill zuzubereiten. Allerdings fehlte mir immer der passende Grillkorb dazu. Deshalb war es nicht schwer mich hierfür zu entscheiden.

Der Grillkorb ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und passt perfekt auf meinen Grill mit 47 cm. 👍 Kleiner sollte der Durchmesser aber auch auf gar keinen Fall sein, da sonst der Deckel des Weber-Grills nicht mehr geschlossen werden kann.

Der Fisch schmeckt sehr lecker und wurde im Korb sehr gut gehalten. Zitronenscheiben konnte ich ebenfalls noch dazugeben. Auch als ich Gemüse machte, konnte dies darin überzeugen. Insgesamt ist es er für empfindliche Speisen sehr gut geeignet. 🐠🍆

Die Qualität ist super, der Grillkorb ist leicht zu öffnen/schließen und wie bei Weber gewohnt dürft dieser auch eine Zeit lang halten. 😀
Zur Reinigung kann der Korb entweder per Hand oder auch ganz einfach in die Spülmaschine gegeben werden.

Der Versand war sehr schnell und der Artikel super verpackt. 📦 Ich freue mich schon wieder auf die nächste Grill-Saison. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TOB9595: This is LARGE! Beware for your grill. I used this to grill a big salmon filet~ 1.3 pound and it grilled up wonderfully on my charcoal grill using indirect heat till 135 degrees inside. This piece was thick but the wire mesh expanded to hold it well. I even easily flipped the piece while cooking. Good mitts were used to flip and remove the basket from the grill. I lightly oiled the basket using mineral oil and a paper towel. I used mineral oil cause it was handy from oiling wood cutting boards, in a squeeze bottle. Opening is a snap......well after getting the hang of it. Clean up is quick using a brush under hot water then tossing in the dishwasher. I bought the smaller basket too for use on smaller pieces or using both on my Weber 22 inch grill. One for fish and the smaller for vegies.

Gaijin: This basket is great for grilling larger pieces of fish, such as salmon fillets. I originally bought the smaller version but unless you are just cooking for one, it is way too small. Go with this large version and you can use it for smaller pieces as well, but you're not limited to that. This stainless wire basket helps hold delicate fish together and makes it easy to turn. It would also be good for veggies or other items that might otherwise tend to stick to the grill. It is important to season the basket (follow the easy directions on the label) before using it to prevent sticking. Works like a charm and is well made. Looks like it will hold up well. Easy to open and close, lays flat to fill, and the basket is just springy enough to accommodate an inch- thick fillet. Two of these would fit side by side on my medium size 3-burner grill. May have to pick up another one before my next barbeque.

JRG: I ordered this grill basket for grilling whole fish but I have used it for fish, split whole chickens and vegetables and it serves its purpose well.

The basket is easy to handle with a pot holder, BBQ gloves or heavy tongs. I like that it does NOT have a handle so it is easy to turn around without flipping making it easier to move it in, out and around hot spots on a charcoal grill. The curved wire ends keeps the basket from becoming caught in the grill. The stainless steel mesh is springy and allows for packing in a good of bit of food, although you don’t want to over stuff it. The skin of your fish/chicken/whatever does stick a bit to the mesh but I believe that will occur with any grill basket. After a little practice I can easily separate the meat from the mesh using a spatula. I have also used some vegetable matter (chopped scallions, leeks, lemons, herbs, etc) placed or sprinkled between the fish/meat and the mesh that further reduced sticking.

The only problem I encountered was the release clip that holds the two halves together was not tight enough and when the basket heated up it would pop open. I squeezed the clip together in a vice so it would be a bit...

Roberta V. Russo: If you are looking for an easy way to grill fish this fish basket is a must-have accessory. I wanted a way to grill delicate filets without the fish sticking, breakng apart and falling through the grill. I bought the large basket which fit perfectly on my Weber Q 320 propane grill. I used the basket today for the first time with a couple of rainbow trout filets.

I sprayed the basket generously with Pam and lightly coated the filets with olive oil. I grilled the fish on medium high, direct heat for aobut 6 - 7 minutes total, flipping it over once about half way through. The basket was large enough to hold both large filets firmly without squishing them. It is designed to hold the fish just off the surface of the grill. Even with a delicate filet like trout, the fish turned out perfectly with no sticking or breaking apart.

The basket gets very hot - so you need a couple of good grill mits to flip the basket and take it off the grill once the fish is done. I carefully used a pot holder to undo the clasp that holds the basket halves together. The latch fit snug - but I didn't have a problem unlatching it. The filets did not stick at all to either the basket or the grill...
