Beerox: E' più grande di quello che immaginavo, per adesso utilizzato per cuocere un arrosto e una fiorentina. Comodo perché si può utilizzare in due modi o dal lato concavo, che permette di cuocere arrosti o un trancio di costatine distribuendo il peso e migliorandone la cottura oppure girato inserendo, come nel mio caso, una fiorentina facendola cuocere anche ai lati.
E' un prodotto certamente non indispensabile, ma aiuta molto in vari tipi di cottura.

Alexander K. Wong: I have 3 burner Weber grill and this is perfect companion. Had two racks of ribs that required space for slow cooking and this rack holds them up decently. Now I have space freed up on the other side to grill burgers. Recommended!

TallnessTallness: I have a smaller Weber smoker, which makes it difficult to smoke a lot of ribs. With the rack, I'm able to smoke multiple racks of ribs. I still have to cut the slabs in half to fit in the smoker. The rack works perfectly and is easy to clean.

K. M. FULLER: Used the rack to cook a pork butt roast and several racks of baby back ribs. It fit perfectly in my large "Big Gree Egg". Was able to turn the roast easily and it allowed me to cook more racks of ribs than I have in the past. The ribs cooked more evenly and were done a little quicker as a result of improved air flow. Would buy this item again.

Amazon Customer: I bought this rack on a whim a few days before the 4th of July. I did a little research comparing different rib racks before purchasing and decided on this one because of curved edges. We have a round Weber deluxe grill so the curved edges go perfectly. This rack has the ability to hold 5 slabs or a roast if you flip it over. I Cooked 4 baby backs and one sparerib. Yes the slabs do touch a little but it didn't effect the final outcome. Also I did flip the slabs half way through cooking. I would recommend this product to any one and everyone. Also I sprayed the rack with nonstick cooking spray before use and cleaned it in the dishwasher afterwards. It came out completely clean!
