carusso: This method is so great. I've used it for years, but just used the separate beer can holder. I found a recipe that was delicious as a rub, put onions and garlic in the gear and it was amazing. So easy to clean. (I recommend putting aluminum foil on the shelf below in case the chicken exudes a lot of greasy and juice.)

Morgan: Sturdiness is amazing, love that you can use whatever liquid inside, decent size chicken fits pretty well and snug over it. I love that it doesn’t leak, material lasts and doesn’t seem to dull. Kicks your smoking/bbq performance way up especially with the kabob addition to it. Bought for my dad for a Father’s Day gift and he loved it right away. Chicken came out amazing with it. HIGHLY recommend.

Amazon Customer: First time I've used this one and one and the Purssent Beer Can with Vegetable Basket. Both worked Perfect. One on the gas and one on the charcoal using indirect heat. On the gas, set it on outside and middle burner covers and only light the inside burner on high. I turned the chicken twice to face the lit burner to cook evenly. I took two hours and worked perfectly. It worked just as well on charcoal using a charcoal box. Ideal heat is 350 degrees on gas and charcoal.

Ron Abbott: The roaster stand is well constructed, easy to use, and easy to clean. Would prefer a slightly deeper drip pan as had to be very careful not to spill hot grease when removing from grill. Will use a pie pan underneath the next time. It might be easier if the "beer can" locked to the drip pan.

Amuised: It can’t handle a big bird. If you add potatoes and corn I’m not sure how sturdy or reliable it would be. I put it on top of a cookie sheet to catch any drippings. Otherwise nice product.

R. M. Cunningham: I was somewhat disappointed in the beer can stand. It’s not as sturdy as I had hoped and the tray isn’t nearly as big as I thought it would be. Once the chicken was on I didn’t have any room for vegetables. The pics posted with lots of veggies must have been a very small bird. As well the lid for the beer reservoir is very difficult to take off and on. Not worth the money to me.
