Jimmy M.: This kitchen faucet is easy to install, especially for DIYer. It connects directly to 3/8" compression angle stop without additional supply hoses. The overall workmanship and finish is good. All features function well. The only complaint I have is that the faucet head is too low to the sink. When cleaning bigger pots, it gets in the way. If the faucet head height is higher or adjustable and the faucet head mount can swing independently from the hose spring, it will definitely be a 5-stars product. But for the cost of this kitchen faucet, I am happy with its performance.

Anonymous NorCal: At first I thought this was the wrong size because I couldn't get it to screw into the metal ball-swivel fitting. I realized the diameter is correct and that there was a leftover fitting from my old head still inside the metal fitting. I used needle nose pliers to grasp that and unscrew it. Once I did that, this faucet head fit in. When I turned it on, the ball-swivel leaked but I was able to solve that by taking out the thin rubber ring in the swivel coupling and replacing it with a thicker rubber ring. That was not in the amazon product but I had some from a showerhead laying around. This created a tight seal and now everything is working perfect. FYI - If you want very strong water flow you can use an eyeglass screwdriver to pop out the little white plastic screen/cartridge under the plastic threads. Hope this is helpful if you run into issues. I was about to give up but was able to fix both of these issues within a few minutes and I am now very happy with the faucet!

joeyjoey: I'm building my first house and I ordered this for my kitchen. It works GREAT. the water pressure from this was much better than I thought it would be. The only thing I had a problem with was the heads retractability was a bit loose so it didn't really go back into place as well as I'd like, but for the price of this product and the rest of the overall quality I would not replace this. It was easily enough to install and use. The instructions were kind of strange so I'd suggest looking up a YouTube video for help if you need it.

TomTom: Commercial faucet that was very easy to install and well worth the money I got it so I can put it in my kitchen because I can never fill up a pot of water from my kitchen faucet but since I got this one I’m able to you now fell off a pot of water and also wash out the sink highly recommend if anybody’s looking for a nice quality kitchen faucet
