Used under cat food bowls to keep water off the floor. It does that, but you have to wipe up water and clean it in place. You cannot pick it up and take it to the counter or sink to clean. It’s too flimsy.

It serves the purpose, my cat like to scoop the water from his water bowl & I have a wood floor. This mat prevents the water go directly to my wood floor. Oddly enough, after I placed the mat under the water bowl, he didn’t scoop the water again.

I ordered this product to prevent water from spilling out of the dog bowl and all over the floor. It showed it had an added lip on the mat to prevent that. I was shocked at how basically non-existent the lip was when it arrived, but that wasn't even the worst part! The mat came folded in quarter's, which I thought was extremely odd as I unpacked it. When I unfolded it, it had a permanent crease, not allowing it to sit flat on the floor at all! The add shows a picture of someone rolling the mat up with a statement that says "durable, without deformation." Well that right there is a flat out lie because the product came deformed and could not be fixed. I sent it back for those reasons, and I was sent another one for free. I didn't want it, but it was free so why not. It too had the same problems. Don't waste your money or time on this. I bought it since it was less money than the other ones I was looking at, but it appears that in order to get a decent one, more money was the way to go.

I purchased four of these for my four cats - all different colors. The size is okay and of course they're made of nrubberized plastic therefore easy to clean. My only issue is that they come folded and so far I have had them all laying on the floor for over a week and they are still creased which means they are not laying flat. Highly annoying...
