AydinAydin: I'm not very knowledgeable with inks but for daily use I think this ink is pretty good. It does look pretty much like a black. It is water resistant to some extent but it smudges when I use my highlighter (BIC Brite Liners) on it.
I returned this product because I found it on sale somewhere else. I also bought the Waterman Inspired Blue and it is very pretty too.

Char: Really good quality ink, a good thickness and very smooth to use. The bottle is a great size and will last me a while, but I was worried before I opened it as it was dropped through the letterbox and only in an amazon cardboard box, but thankfully it was all one piece, with no breakage!

BlackShirt: I have an array of lovely silver fountain pens but they lay unused for nearly 5 years because I moved away from the big city (Austin) where I could buy a bottle of ink locally. I never actually thought to buy ink over the interwebs -- it seemed almost disrespectful to such an altogether "real" ritual as writing in a Spenserian hand. But this ink is worth the sacrilege: it is Black, a rich silky intense black that flowed instantly from fountain pens that lay dried out for years. Wonderful ink.

Kathleen Kerr: Dark Blue, nice name, good price Was a bit of a hard start in my Jiapur 2 but after a little shake, no problem. Allegedly very gentle on the pens; easy to wash out of everything. Nicely conservative. I think I will like this as time goes by a lot. My only complaint is they took a chance and shipped it bare in a plastic envelope. Brave folks whoever packed it. But it arrived intact with no leaks. 50 mls for $10. Not for check writing! VERY faint ghosting on MUJI dotted notebook. I'm happy
