If you're looking for a Cat Litter that is both natural and effective, look no further than Naturally Fresh Cat Litter! This walnut-based litter is highly recommended by 9Reviews, having been analyzed and rated by over 200,000 people on January 5, 2023 at 12:16 p.m. Naturally Fresh Cat Litter is a great choice for pet owners who want a natural and eco-friendly option that still offers superior odor control and clumping power. bwalker: Recently swapped to this litter after being a religious user of corn litter (arm & hammer naturals and world’s best cat litter), and I LOVE it so far. It’s similar enough to the corn litter that my cats had no trouble adjusting to it, it traps odor better, and it’s super cheap for the value (in the US). I feel like scooping the box lets the earthy smell “refresh”, while the corn litter would lose its nice scent and smell nasty relatively quickly.
The only con I see is that it does track and the little pellets really stand out against our floor color, but really that just makes it easier to clean. It can also be a little difficult to see what you’re cleaning up (it is all brown), but I haven’t had any issues with that.
Definitely recommend checking this one out, especially if you’re someone who prefers natural litters but don’t think your cats would appreciate pine pellets!

E. S.: I liked it very much, I have three cats, two were indoor kittens, so they used a lot of cat litter. It is not very dusty and it has a nice nutty scent (once I put it in a compostable bag outside near the kitchen door to throw it to the compost bin later, and a squirrel tried to steal it :). It clumps well enough and did not make me gag when cleaning the litter box. Not much tracing, especially since I have top entry litter boxes, but sometimes my kitten's white socks were brown for a bit, because she really does hide her waste. Overall it was the best cat litter I used so far, and we had cats for many years. However, last time I bought 40 lbs for around $80, now it costs twice as much, so sorry, I am not going to spend that kind of money on cat litter, no matter how great and how ecological it is. Thankfully, my kittens grew up and are now indoor-outdoor cats and most of the times they do their business outside. For rainy and very cold days I will buy something less expensive.

Tia: After using naturally fresh non clumping pellets I will never go back to clay litter. It doesn't track, there's no dust and the odor control is phenomenal. It's a much different scooping experience compared to clay litter. First you scoop out solid waste which is really easy as the pellets draw all the moisture out rather quickly resulting in a clean an unsmelly scoop. Compared to clay litters, scooping this stuff is sort of the opposite, while clay forms hard lumps as it gets wet. These pellets disintegrate into a texture like ground coffee, so you push the top layer of intact pellets to one side of the litter box and scoop out the broken down stuff underneath and then repeat for the other side of the litter box. It doesn't stick to the box and scoops out so easily. Bonus it's much more lightweight which is particularly helpful if you have multiple cat boxes in a basement to haul waste from.

Brenda flores: Funciona bien, si tienes gatos con mucho pelo no lo recomiendo porque se les pega en el pelaje

Nadya: I had 4 kittens & was learning all about how to care for them-they were only a lil over a month old!! Got this litter after realizing that small kittens should start off with pellets first because they can try to consume sandy litter (which they did try to do!) Immediately I came across this litter. Been using it for almost 2months now. This was a more natural & safer option for sure! The 26lb bag is soo big I couldn’t even carry it on my own at first! So worth the price for the quantity!! Also love that it’s all natural!! I feel so good knowing that. Oddly enough I really love the smell of it too lol. It definitely has an earthy aroma like many others mentioned. And it’s very easy to clean up compared to other litter- doesn’t track. It lasts a long time too! As a pregnant woman right now I usually have to end up cleaning my kittens litter boxes.. well I love that it masks the smell pretty good (when my kitties do good covering their poo) and it really does reduce the ammonia ! At first it was a little difficult to clean but then I learned that I just have to scoop out the poop-and if there’s parts that look dark (because of their urine) I scoop that out too....

CA Sunshine: I have used Tidy Cat, Arm & Hammer, Fresh Step, World's Best Cat Litter among so many others. I have adopted my mother's cat and absolutely hate litter boxes but here I am scooping poop again (1 cat). So far this is by far the best and most affordable litter I have used. Purchased a bag in October, scoop, add and it lasted 5 months with no odor. Just purchased my 2nd bag.
Pro's: Controls odor without strong scents or corn smell (World's Best). Lasts a long time, easy to sweep up since you can see it by it's color.
Con's: leaves a little brownish dust on kitty paws but that easily comes off.
Although it does not clump like clay litter, it does clump. I would say you sift through more litter to get all the little clumps and to ensure the litter is clean of any left over bits. If I head to the garage right after the cat has pooped, it does smell of poop but the cat doesn't really cover it up much which may be the reason. However, when I scoop in the morning and he did his business overnight I do not smell it.
I purchased a litter box that has a coating that makes the inside VERY slick so if there is pee along the edge I can just shake or use the...

Prairieboy: After 40+ years of owning cats, from a kid to an adult with kids, I have to say I wish I would have found, & been willing to try, this product much, much sooner!
Over the years we have used nearly every litter on the market:
- regular clay litter (almost anything is better),
- shredded paper (just don't)
- clumping clay (many, many varieties & brands, some pretty darn good, & while some are a little better, all are dusty to some extent). This was always the fall-back-to product when our other (no longer used) preferred products were unavailable but we always sought something better because of the dust & need to clean the box more frequently to prevent odors or nasty solid one-chunk boxes (if forgotten or put off).
- pine (tried once, that was enough)
- wheat based (not bad, still dusty but tended to leave a "musty" smell). Tried couple of brands, always similar.
- alfalfa pellets (ie rabbit feed). Less tracking but very, very musty odor.
- corn based (this was our previous favorite until we couldn't get our favorite brand -- $pecial Kitt* -- anymore). Tried three brands, some are still available but there are differences in dust levels,...
