Purina Tidy Cats Breeze XL All-in-One Odor Control & Easy Clean Multi Cat Non-Clumping Litter System

Ashley: I know how daunting it may be, thinking about paying for a fairly expensive new system that you'd have to teach your cats to like. Especially when there's fancy new robot litter boxes now. I was nervous about this too, thus my review is long to try and help relieve some of that.
I have 2 cats, and one is a very messy kitten who liked to kick litter everywhere and step in his poop. Scooping ammonia pee was always a nightmare and suffocated my nose as I'd do it. My floors were always too messy and my house is very small so the litter would track everywhere even with a litter mat.
I decided to splurge (while they were on sale) and got this plus the Litter Genie, and used side by side it changed the game. Now I can see when they poop and pee (which was a problem for a bit) and i can monitor it (since poo sits more on top of the litter and pee in the pad). It doesn't track anywhere except the occasional few pellets I need to throw back into the box. It also makes me need to clean it more often because I can see and smell the poop and nobody wants to see poop. You can also hear them when they're using it cuz the pellets are fairly loud.

LGA: Una de las cosas que más me preocupaba de tener gatitos era el olor de su pipí. Con esta caja no huele absolutamente NADA. Los repuestos de los pellets son caros pero se pueden usar de otros diferentes y funcionan igual. De verdad estoy encantada. Además es suficientemente grande para cuando mi gatita que es británico de pelo corto y son gatos muy robustos quepa perfectamente cuando crezca. Agrego un poquito de bicarbonato de sodio y eso también ayuda a absorber el olor de los excrementos (de todas formas limpio la caja varias veces al día).

I wanted to update on the actual Breeze product as I'm doing the full on clean and refresh right now. I do NOT like it. There is something about using the huge pine pellets that turn to saw dust that lessens the ammonia smell that transfers to the plastic and transfer it does, regardless of which product you use. BUT, I'm cleaning the box that had the Breeze pellets and the breeze pee pad and my god does the plastic SMELL SO STRONGLY of ammonia. Since the pee just falls through the pellets it's just straight up pee on the plastic grid and straight up pee on the pee pad. Our larger box w/ the pine pellets also gets some urine on it but not like this and it does smell of cat pee a bit and I still hot water rinse, 409, rinse, enzyme, wipe and it's good to go but w/ the Breeze pellets I'm needing to do 2x the wash and 2x the enzymes. Also, you don't lift the full lid until you're going to do the full clean, which I just did, and there was a good few table spoons of dried/drying urine that fell OUTSIDE the slide out tray and onto the base of the litter box instead. The tray slid in properly so I'm not sure how that happened so I'm triple cleaning the base of...

JoannaSwin: Después de probar todo tipo de areneros una amiga me recomendó este y me funciono tan bien que termine pidiendo uno más para mis 4 gatos. Lo único malo son los repuestos, que salen muy caros, pero pueden encontrar otras alternativas de tapetes genéricos o pellets naturales y sigue funcionando de maravilla!
