Amazon Customer: I ordered this product and it arrived in a timely manner. My contractor was unable to install it because the threading is not normal (Canada) and we can not get a longer brass nipple from the supplier. Because I ordered it at the beginning of our renovation I am no longer able to return it. What a complete waste of money. The seller was not helpful.

J PaineJ Paine: I was surprised to find that the pot filler was wet when I opened the box, and the connection thread had small bits of black corrosion scattered throughout. I'm not sure if this means that the box was just sitting outside, or if perhaps we just got a really well packaged return that they didn't bother to dry off.
That being said, we got this to replace an existing pot filler that didn't match the rest of the kitchen and this was a super easy replacement. I used the existing fittings so didn't end up needing the connection provided in the box. I've only just finished installing it, and everything seems to be working just fine with no leaks.
The bottom valve when fully closed doesn't point directly up and down, which is a bit visually off-putting but not a big problem because when placed fully vertical it still shuts enough to stop the flow of water.
Given that this was a quarter of the cost of other options, we're pretty happy with it!

Adam: Purchased this pot-filler after the one that was originally installed in my home began to leak. This new faucet was easy to install - other than doing the sheetrock work this thing had everything needed to get the job done. This one was also much sturdier than the one the builder installed and has a nice dual shutoff feature to really help with any possibility of leaks. The finish is nice and this option was much cheaper than the others I found. Overall very happy with this purchase and so far no leaks at all!

Henrik: Love the design and function. Much better than all the other faucets in the market. Wish this was made locally by an indian manufacturer. Although it is a pot filler we are useing this as the main kitchen faucet. It is brilliant especially if you have 2 wash basins that are side by side inthe kitchen.
