EneidaEneida: The product is good looking and functional as it needed to be. However, with very little use its surprising that the water lever/top would fall off with no apparent reason as to how or why. Additionally, my plumber looked at it and there doesn't seem to be a way to reconnect it. Further, I've tried reaching out to the seller as Id hoped that maybe this was/is a defective item and since my wife liked it we were actually considering getting another but hopefully @ a discounted price given the need to re-install. The seller hasnt responded to voice messages as per their contact instructions.

Agnello: Let me start off by saying when we first received the pot filler we were very impressed with how solid it felt and how nice it looked The only problem was I didn't have a half inch NPT nipple to install it with. I emailed the seller and he was extraordinarily accommodating and sent me the nipple. It was very easy to install and it's a great compliment to our beautiful kitchen as you can see in the picture. thank you to the seller
