jorge acevedo: Recently installed this as part of replacing countertops and sink. It is a beautiful piece but it is large than expected. Once installed, it fills the space nicely but still taller than other faucets. This is the third pull down faucet I have installed (other brands) and it was the easiest by far. You do not see the water marks at all like on other faucets. We have only had for a week but have not regretted the purchase.

Kaylie Schwartz: After 6 months of using this faucet I’m ready to replace it. The pot filler is in the way of the “pull-down” faucet so it often hits the pot filler tap and gets water everywhere. The “pull-down” barely moves so it doesn’t actually get where we need it to. It’s also extremely scratched where it attaches to the magnet. I would assume this was normal if I didn’t have such an amazing pull-down faucet in my last house. I purchased this faucet months before I installed it so it’s out of warranty. If you don’t use your sink and just want something that just looks nice then this is a great option for you.

Hamilton guy: For something that cost $300 plus this thing broke within 3 years. There are two water lines that connect to each other with this plastic type contraption, this snapped apart and has caused a massive flood under my sink. My cabinet is ruined, I don't want to know whats going on the floor underneath. Its a mess. I had thought Kraus was a decent brand but it appears its just a brand stamper on chinese crap.
This one is a ticking time bomb, avoid!
Edit: I just bought a new faucet and I realized how terrible the water pressure was on the Kraus faucet. Something always annoyed me about it and that was it, the low pressure. And to think it came with an optional "flow reducer" attachment LOL.

WalleyemanWalleyeman: This is easily the most beautiful kitchen faucet I have ever owned. It also works better than any I've used. The faucet is the first thing guests remark about when they see my recently remodeled kitchen. I was reluctant to purchase such a large faucet for my very small galley kitchen but it fits the large sink perfectly. I see complaints about the inability to pull the sprayer down into the sink and that it causes excessive splashing, however this is not a problem when used correctly. The water volume and pressure is infinite so lower pressures do not splash, yet does a fantastic job of rinsing dishes and the sink. I cannot comment about the sprayer magnetic seat removing paint on the sprayer but I cautiously guide the sprayer into it's seat. I will update this review if this seems to be a problem. I can safely say I highly recommend this product.

Mikel BerryMikel Berry: I started upgrading my kitchen a couple of years ago. First, the kitchen faucet was upgraded from the standard contractor grade faucet to a cheap version of a commercial kitchen type. It was okay. But, just okay. For what it LOOKED like, it really didn't perform. This one from KrausUSA is much better.

It's well made, quality materials, quality construction. It installed very easily. No special fittings or adapters required. All the components needed for a perfect installation are included. Like most plumbing fixtures sold in the USA, it comes with a flow restrictor built in. BUT, it comes with another restrictor that allows a little more flow than standard. And, me being a 'full force' guy, I have figured out how to eliminate the restriction completely.

This KrausUSA faucet is only lacking one feature, an extended pull out nozzle. it could be that they thought you wouldn't want the pull out feature, if you already had the spring mounted pull down type. I would have preferred both. But, on the other hand, the constant wear of being pulled out might have caused a lot of damage on the casing of the leader, in this coil spring design. So, okay.

Amazon Customer: This product is very well made and functional and I am happy I bought it BUT as it is an industrial style, it typically pairs with a large basin sink-which I have. For this the spray nozzle is too short (doesn’t reach into the basin of sink) as is the faucet (only extends 2in into sink basin)
