Crystal: It is alittle uneven but seems to be sturdy. I was able to fit full size rolled bath towels in it. To me worth the money. If you are someone who would constantly notice the bars aren't quite even I would pass on this.

SarahSarah: Did too much research as usual. I knew this wire rack might not be perfectly straight. And, it isn't. It curves as the hanging portion is not made to perfect shape. BUT I am in love with it holding 4 standard towels and a hand towel. Being slightly wonky... I can live with that as it faces a direction that makes it less noticeable. And, when filled you would have to struggle to really see the curve.
Check out my customer pics. It really pops with white towels. And if you roll your towels with the edges folded in first, it looks so spa-like. I'm very happy with this purchase.
TIP: Use wall anchors or similar for piece of mind that this won't fall off wall.
