Joe:
My main purpose for a watch was to do heart rate tracking and sleep tracking. The phone is not as intuitive at the beginning if you are used to an Apple Watch (like me) or other full touch screen smart watches. The only way to interact with the watch is using a small touch area at the bottom of the watch using short or long presses. But once you get used to it, it is very straightforward.
Pros:
- My favorite parts about the watch is that it lasts around 2 days for me. Which allows me to track my sleep and then charge it for an hour or so during the day while I am sitting at work.
- The heart rate monitoring is great
- Easy to use with a simple way to interact with the phone. (better for older or non-advanced users or someone like me who mainly use it for fitness and sleep tracking)
- Can measure your blood pressure, though not sure how it does that or how accurate it is. Me and some of my friends tested it out by checking a person's blood pressures twice and then checking the next person etc. We noticed that it was similar when checking the same person's, but change when switching to a different person. So it is not completely fake. The real...

Lots of cons. HR and BP taken from wrist do not sync to app. BP taken in app can be saved but HR cannot. Only way to monitor HR is with it auto on. Then you will get data on the app. BP is off, too. If you calibrate, you get pretty much the same reading everytime. If not, it's consistently low. But who really thinks these are medically accurate.
It's just a fun function. Sleep is accurate to a point. I wake up at 5-6 and it's mostly accurate for that part of it but I do quiet stuff on my PC until 8-9. Continuously has me asleep until 9 since I'm at the PC from the time I get up. Even tho I got up, went potty, made breakfast, etc. You have to do things like turn the bracelet off but then you have to remember to turn it back on. I tried taking it off, too, but again, having to remember to put it back on is a hassle. And it will still say I'm asleep til 9. The battery life on this is pretty good, tho. And that's about the only good thing I can say about it. The app is so-so. Has some nice features. I don't like BT on all the time so I don't use all the functions and leave it unsynced thruout the day but it only holds one day of stats so you...
