Easy to clean, just remember the water will leave behind minerals than may be hard to remove. I like to use a magic eraser for cleaning this. My only complaint is that when it’s done cooking the eggs it doesn’t make alert you they’re done. It just shuts off. I’m still glad I chose this one due to the quality though.

Kr: This is my third time to use a egg cooker, first one was under $20, broke after 1 year even I didn’t use it often, I recently ordered little pricy egg cooker and have problem when I opened top burning myself because there is nothing to take off easily. This egg cooker little expensive than others, but it was impressive with thoughtful packaging and design. There is a cup with sharp needle to poke eggs, even it has cover prevention, everything is stainless, looks smaller than other egg cooker but you can cook 7 eggs anyway.
I shopped for egg cooker before I bought it, considering more to American brand , there are few things not right, one of there is no power button, the other no handle to take out eggs easily, hoping this last as somebody reviewed 5 years.

Pradeep: I wanted to get an Egg cooker which can cook eggs faster especially during the early morning hours when I prepping to go to office.
Pros:
1) Fast cooking - It takes ~14 mins to get the eggs ready which I pack and take it to my office. Really good option to make your high protein breakfast.
2) Easy to use product
3) Metal Body - I didn't want a plastic egg cooker from health perspective so this was really a good option.
4) Looks sleek and good. It is smaller that the perception the image creates.
5) Easy to peel eggs
Cons:
1) No beep or alarm to inform when the eggs are done. I just leave them for 20-25 mins, it automatically shuts off after done and then I pack the eggs while leaving from home for the office. No issues for me.

geomeister: All I wanted was a way to quickly make hard boiled eggs. Works perfectly.

MJG: Making boiled eggs is easier with this.

sl2012: Although nice in appearance this is horrible in function.
The egg shell piercer on the bottom of the water cup is a nail head. This wouldn't be so bad except it has sloping sides that force the egg shell, once pierced, outward. This cracks the shell. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
The case design is open. The exterior has many holes and vents on its bottom, conveniently not pictured in photos... So you can't wash it. Well, guess what? When an egg shell is cracked, and its egg is cooked, it makes a mess. But in this case, you can't clean it up because you run the risk of short circuiting the electronics inside due to a vented design. The instructions even say that you shouldn't wash it... I'm just wondering if the engineers of this has ever had a broken egg in their kitchen that they had to allow to rot...hope your nose doesn't work very well...
When shells are cracked, and eggs leak, everything gets cemented together. Lid. Eggs. Egg Tray. Base. Countertop. Its reminiscent of that scene in ALIENS when they enter the egg chamber...Except you don't get to die, you get to deal with messy eggs and an eternally foul smell.
The water trough is not deep enough. Water...

SuperMario: Works as intended... Once you learn the right amount of water. The suggested water amounts are too high and results in overcooked eggs. You will need to experiment to find the right amount. Heat plate surface is hard to clean and you end up with a baked on film. This may have something to do with water quality but not sure yet. If you unplug the unit early (since you can't turn it off manually), it will turn back on as soon as you plug it back in. The only way to turn it off (while still leaving it plugged in) is to let it finish its cycle. This is a bad design oversight.
Love the 7 egg capacity and the overall method of boiling eggs. Seems stupid to use a pot now.

Josh S: I was very hopeful about this unit, remembering the convenience my old Cuisinart egg cooker from years ago and excited about a no-plastic unit. To its benefit, I very much appreciated the plastic cover for the egg piercer. However I was disappointed to find there is no audible sound/signal when the eggs are done. Even though the unit shuts off, the eggs keep cooking until I remove the lid because the heat does not dissipate quickly enough otherwise. Furthermore, there are no external handles on the egg tray so I can't even remove it from the unit and put the eggs under cold water to stop them cooking. So twice I came out with very hard boiled eggs even though I put in enough water for medium and then soft boiled eggs respectively. Sure, I could watch it like a hawk (removing all distractions, including music or whatever show I'm watching) and get the eggs out of there as soon as it quietly 'clicks' (hopefully not burning my fingers by having to pick the individual eggs out of the machine), but that defeats the purpose and convenience for me. I want to set it and forget it. I'm giving this one away and going back to Cuisinart.

Jaun Raza: Probably the best egg boiler on the market, simple, and functional, eggs turn out perfectly every time. This is one of those products that I will buy again and again.
