Anonymous: Our graduate had dreams of a hot dog roller stand at his graduation party. Looking at party store rentals, they were expensive, we had to figure out set up, and they didn't look so clean. We opted to purchase this one and are so glad we did. We got to practice making them ahead of time so we knew what to expect for timing during the party. We kept a small batch of hot dogs gently warming in a crockpot of water in a staging area, and then would just refill the rollers as needed. The machine heated them up evenly, kept them juicy, and was loved by all. The "sneeze guard" was nice for germs and keeping things from falling onto the rollers, the tongs worked perfectly for getting the hot dogs on and off the rollers. Clean up was a breeze. My graduate would prefer to have this set up in our kitchen for daily use (mom says no) but looking forward to pulling it out for game day, superbowl, and other parties. We've also seen these style hot dog rollers hooked up to portable generators on the sidelines at tournaments and for tailgating.... don't like hot dogs? Debbie: Very well made. Does an excellent job on cooking the tube steaks! We've put tacitos, bread sticks, and corn dogs on it also and it did great. I wish it had a timed shut off... but I can live with it the way it is.

texmln: This is a nice unit that has a surprising high cooking temp range up to 500 degrees. While the manual recommends only using the unit for pre-cooked items, we tried cooking raw brats at a fairly high temperature and it worked great. They cooked all the way through and were also nicely charred on the outside similar to how they would have come off the grill. Dogs cook every evenly and we also ran the temp higher than recommended at 350 degrees because we like ours blistered a bit as they would be from the grill. Overall, I am happy with this dog roller. The manual recommends cleaning the rollers with soap and water but given that we like our meats well done there was a lot of residual left on the rollers. I ended up soaking a paper towel in vinegar and wiping down the rollers. It worked great to remove the charred remnants and clean the grease off.

Cindy B: This works very well! Cooks evenly, easy to use and clean. 4 stars because the glass sneeze guard was not installable. The screws are screwed into the machine and need to be removed to install sneeze guard. However 2 screws will not come out.

Amazon Customer: after a day of use it starts to make a lot of noise. it makes so much noise that I turn it off so as not to disturb the customers. cooks very well, but the noise is unbearable.

Dino S: Manual States not for cooking hot dogs. If you turn the temperature to high it does not cook evenly but with the settings at 200° works very nice but it takes at least 45 minutes before the hot dogs are ready. But as I stated the manual says not designed for cooking. But the ad states can cook 12 dogs at a time a little bit of misinformation all in all I'm happy with it. Especially since I got plans at a discounted price. :)

Tony Steinfeld: I bought this to try it out for when you can't bbq outside due to the weather. Works great but says not for raw sausages but it did cook raw breakfast sausages no problem.

Amazon Customer: I have wanted a hotdog roller forever as that’s how I like my hotdogs cooked. It’s easy for the kids to use when they get hungry. The only thing that was missing was the instructions on what temperature to cook the hotdogs and for how long. That information would have been helpful. You might want to add that to the instruction booklet. If anyone who has purchased this model has the answers to the cooking instructions I would appreciate the information. This will stay out on my counter for anyone to use. I won’t have to bug my husband to bbq my hotdogs anymore. We had hotdogs last night and they were delicious and cooked just the way I like them.
