rebecca: I love this grill it’s perfect for like 4 pieces of steak, chicken, etc. I love the window so you can see how it’s cooking, I don’t love there’s no off/on switch but I can live with it. I had a George Foreman for years until it was done with.. I like this one better!

Matt: Best grill I have ever had, amazing product. Very easy to use and clean, no complicated settings.
In less than a month, I grilled scallops, salmon fillets and steaks, perch fillets, marinated steaks, chicken breasts and legs with very satisfying results.
If you live in a condo or an apartment, it's the best option and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I.R.Stamper: I purchased this as a replacement for my Hamilton Beach Searing Grill. I loved my old one, and it worked wonderfully, was easy to clean, cooked fast...but I stored the grease catcher thingie inside the grill. One night I turned it on to preheat (at the highest heat setting, of course) and didn't notice anything was wrong... until I went out to put my steak on the grill. Yep, that plastic tray was melted onto the grill. I pulled off what I could, but it had really melted on, and I couldn't get all of the plastic off the grill. So, replacement needed! I didn't hesitate to replace it with the same thing... only THIS time I got the one with the viewing window. That way if I decide to store that tray inside I'll see it before I melt it down again! I've already used the new one twice, once of hot dogs and once for steak. It cleans with a dish washing wand beautifully, nothing sticks to it. It puts lovely sear marks on my meat, which I love! It heats fairly quickly, and cooks fast. I love that it sears, some of these indoor grills just don't get hot enough to sear meats nicely. I use it for meats, seafood/fish, and even for my veggies. Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: After placing my order I saw Amazon offer it for $5 less; so I cancelled the original and chose the cheaper price. It did not say return or used but there's a reason for almost everything. We accepted it and unboxed it and there were a few scratches at the back of the product but nothing bad. Okay, tried it out and it works fine after a couple of frozen veggie and beef burgers. It took about 15 minutes--which is what the stove oven takes. The item is easy to handle and remove the parts (all of them)--cover, grill and drip tray for cleaning. There are no buttons or clasps to deal with like the Cuisinart 5 in 1. It doesn't get too hot but cooks with very little splatter. The reviews show the Cuisinart and Hamilton Beach--both excellent products--as about equal. I don't need umpteen plates switching back and forth. You think I'll see my five bucks?

Tracy Liggett: Love this thing. Just be aware the drip tray is weak and better off if washed by hand. If you put it in a dishwasher the tray will warp even if put on the top shelf. I learned that the hard way. Even though it states it is dishwasher safe.
