Ezra Weingartner: They’re good, but you have to baby them. If you drop one of the weight packets or hit something while wearing them, the little beads fall out. But they’re pretty good and not too bulky on the ankles.

June Gerron: These are great! Recovering from an injury and I needed small weight for short work outs at home. These are perfect; I use them on my arms and legs, both in and out of the straps. The weights are 1/2 a pound each, so it's easy to go up in small increments (or back down when things flare.) Easy to adjust and/or hold in your hands.
