Roberto Pérez: EXCELENTE CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO

Richard D Hunter: They are perfect for rehab. They are just right weight and packaged nicely.

Janelle: I like this product. It looks and works as described but my ankles are smaller so I always need to tighten these ankle weights. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. Otherwise they’re easy to use and put on and like to use them for walking. For HIIT exercises they do move around quite a bit so I’d recommend doing it for low intensity workouts.

DAL TOWERS: Compré las de 10 libras y cuál es mi sorpresa que al usar una báscula para pesarlas porque no las sentía nada pesadas pesaron 4 libras, una verdadera decepción.

DJ: These cuff weights were just what I was looking for. They seem well made and are easy to use. I don't use them for walking or running, so I cant comment on that, but for just leg weight lifting they are great. Very strong Velcro. The weights slide in and out of the pockets with ease. Only problem i see, and it is a very minor problem is that everything is black and so sometimes it is difficult to find the end of the Velcro to remove the cuff, other than that they work great!

T. D. Green: 06-2022 EDIT:
I had to give up and give these to my mom who is doing physical therapy for her leg. They were bruising my ankle so badly, I just couldn't do it anymore. I opted for another style of ankle weight that doesn't hurt me. Otherwise, like in my original review, they work really well and are of a solid construction. I just can't recommend them for activities other than sitting in a chair and lifting your foot or /maybe/ doing slow, easy step-ups. That's about it.
-------

I've been using these for a little while when I do my walking workouts (the Leslie ones). I started at two pounds per leg, I'm now at four as of two days ago from this writing. My only real complaint is no matter how tight I crank those straps down, they tend to loosen up about halfway into even the three mile walk. I usually have to stop and crank them back down. It was particularly bad with only two of the little sandbags in there. The three pounds it seemed to be a bit more balanced and wouldn't spin as bad, but now with four in there, honestly, they aren't comfortable at all and doing the five mile walk workout tonight was pretty brutal. I had to stop several times to adjust them and then...

TJ Newton: Weights do not adjust and are unusable - avoid. Far too loose fitting to be comfortable, poor design.

Angie Yuan: I've been wanting to buy ankle weights for a while for helping me stretch further into my straddle. Finally gave in and decide on the Virtee adjustable ankle weights (10 lbs pair). There was a sale so why not. My friend also bought ankle weights but told me she received them because they were too big on her ankles and slide around. I am so glad that the Birtee ankle weights stay put and does not slide. I have pretty small ankles and was able to wrap these around my ankles tightly. I love that they are also adjustable. I can take the weights out. My boyfriend wrapped both ankle weights around one ankle/leg to do some balancing exercise. He likes them. I hope they are durable and the velcro stay sticky.
