CMKCMK: I weighed each of these 5lb weights to check for accuracy and they both weighed a bit less than 5lbs. Each one of them weighed a different weight as well as being under-weight. Since I'm using them for after surgery recovery, the accuracy of weight wasn't paramount so I kept them. I had also purchased the 1lb and 3lb weights, and both sets were accurate in weight. The quality seems good and they're comfortable to hold.

Robert A. Cohen: I actually had to buy 2 other sets on Amazon, and return them, until I found these. The key for me (and it may or may not be so for others) is the diameter and length of the bar. They are all different, and it took me 3 times to find the right fit for my hands. These are great. When you shop the hundreds of choices on Amazon, be careful of the length (some are too long) and the diameter (some are too fat). I feel like the Three Bears: These are JUST right.

S. WELCH: I love these. They are easy to hold, I wear weight lifting gloves for when my hands sweat. They are super comfortable to use. The rubber type coating makes them easy to clean. Great set. I will order this type of weight again when I need to go heavier.

The Player: Great product , nice feel , easy enough to grip ,smooth surface so easy to clean , they don't look bad.
I tried to purchase a single Dumbell from Lidl but they had non in stock. It had not occurred to me that Amazon were selling them at a better price. 2 for me is better than one. There not an excessive weight so you can work both arms for a few seconds and put them down for later.
Great item if you only lift heavy items every now and then as regular use will help avoid straining tendon's or joints. Exactly as pictured and great value for me.
