Amazon Customer: I don’t use it for potty training. My mini poodle has learned to ring it with her paw as a trick. She a very gentle “toucher”. I’ve tried teaching her to play a keyboard but she doesn’t push down hard enough - we’ll go back to that some day. The bell rings easily for her though.

IrelandIreland: I've bought these bells twice now on separate occasions and I love. My pomeranian had a hard time when potty training because he didn't know how to tell me he needs to go outside. These bells helped so much. I taught him to ring the bell when he needs to go outside and it works perfectly! I usually keep one at the front/ back doors and in my room.

Kurt: My partner and I picked these up to see if we could train one of our cats to ring the bell for treats since she easily learned to give us a high-five before placing her bowl down during feeding times. After a while she was able to figure it out without issue! The wide button on the top makes it easy for pets to press with their paws and only requires a very light touch to sound the bell. The rubber rings provided keeps it from sliding around on hard surfaces. The only issue with our cat is that in the beginning instead of tapping she was sliding her paw across the top and her claws would catch the bell and tip it over.

Remember, not all pets are capable of learning it easily. Do not force them!

Wonder women: Love the bell, but returning as no way to keep it stationary. After learning on it, she just kept picking it up and going with it. So not able to keep it by the door and use it for its intended use

Amazon Customer: Good sound level, good build for the price.

The issue I have is it only came with one rubber base, not the 2 pictured. could have been a shipping issue as the little box looked like it was in rough condition. Which would then be an issue of how it's packed. But it doesn't take away functionality and my dog has been excited for them since we got it.

LinzeV13: The media could not be loaded.  I wasn't actually expecting much from these. Just thought they'd be a standard bell, but they're actually really good! I only showed this to my dog yday and it's the first time I've taught her how to do something like this, but she gets it! It's easy enough for her to do as well (once she gets her excitement under control lol) She's actually quite an anxious/ nervous dog too, so i wasnt sure if the sound would freak her out ... but apparently not. They're really study and feel well made.
I get the idea of the rubber rim to stop it from sliding, but EVERYTHING sticks to it! *when I use the other one with my rabbit, I can see that getting annoying as she is fluffy and mostly white)!

But over all, I'm impressed!

Flashback Haresears: The pack comes with 2 of these bells. But there are literally NO instructions on how to use them.
It would have been FAR more helpful if they'd included some guidelines on how to use them to train our dog. Other than that, it's just a little button-bell...
