Karl Zink: Das Taschenmesser ersetzt mein bisheriges, das ich leider verloren habe. Es hat die selben Funktionen (große und kleine Klinge). Den Ring zum Befestigen finde ich sehr praktisch. Die Klingen sind wie erwartet scharf. Es wird in einem Kunststoffetui geliefert. Ein vergleichbares Etui hatte ich mir selbst hergestellt. Also alles bestens.

soddisfazione compare nella lama anche la scritta rostfrei sinonimo di vecchia produzione e per
i collezionisti è importante altro appunto è l'emblema che è stampato in rosso come altri modelli
del passato esempio il money clip alox. concludo consigliando l'acquisto ad amanti del brand e collezionisti se ancora disponibile da magazzino!!

oKayoKay: Mit nur 21g spürt man das Messer nicht in der Tasche - und trotzdem hat man ein sehr taugliches Messer mit 2 sehr scharfen und schneidfreudigen Klingen dabei! Dazu ist das Messer sehr formschön und elegant, ein echter Gentleman-Folder.

shanti: I’m sure because of the brand, it’s a quality knife. It needed some polishing, as the finish looked smeared, as though it had smudged fingerprints on it. This is a gift for someone and because of the brand, I expected a little nicer packaging. It comes in a small, clear plastic bag, inside a cheapish vinyl holder. Maybe my expectations are too high. It’s just a knife after all.

One Soldier: I'd never seen a knife this slim! You'll forget it's in your pocket. But it's not some flimsy piece of junk,its well make. I wish the cross were etched and not painted because it detract from the excellent workmenship of this knife. Out of the box (bag really) the blades are plenty sharp, but with just a bit of stroping their like razors. I'm quickly finding this knife to be one of my main blades. $26 feels a little pricy, but I bring myself to send it back once I handled it for a while.

KSKTK: I purchased this knife because the photo of it had the cross hatched design on its scales. I thought that was typical of the Alox model and wanted that design. The knife I received has no texture on the scales so I’m disappointed in that respect. The knife is very light weight which makes it very nice for EDC. Both blades were sharp enough to shave the hair from my arm which was expected from this Swiss knife maker. I like the knife , but am disappointed due to the lack of texture on the scales.

Michael J: I have knives up to $400 semi-custom. Is this knife on that level? Heck no. The steel is just OK. It's small with a blade lengths of 2 1/4" for the big blade and 1 1/4" for the small one. It is however slim and fits the pocket to the point that you don't even know it's there. The blade snicks into position positively, and closes without any problems with some pressure against your hip - one handed closing is not a problem. Just remember this is not a locking blade. So mind your fingers.

The cheap-ish steel and thing blades has a MAJOR advantage. it takes a terrifyingly sharp edge with very little effort. I use a Spyderco Sharpmaker (I bought one of the first ones a LONG time ago, and still use it daily) and the super fine sticks to keep the shaving sharp edge. I swear I can't even feel it taking hairs off. It does not hold that edge long. But no knife holds an edge that sharp for long. So a few strokes on the Spyderco and it's back in business. The blade arrived with frankly a crappy edge - typical of Victorinox Swiss Army. They feel sharp out of the box, but the edge is actually pretty poor. But the medium sticks on the Spyderco and about 15 minutes fixed that.
