well to be honest I think it all worked together but I knew I needed to know I am loved anyway.. but also I believe Dad sent me this vitamin because when my life finally calmed down because I found my true Jesus family and worked really hard on knowing I am loved and finally just truly decided I am DONE!! Sheena Tamminga: This product was working while I was taking it. I was down to 1-2 cigarettes a day, compared to a whole pack prior to taking this product.
Once I ran out of this product and didn't have money to buy more, I began smoking more again.
If this product wasn't so expensive I probably would have only needed one more bottle and probably be smoke-free by now. That's my belief anyway.
I've tried a lot of different ways to quit throughout the years and this was the closest I've ever gotten. Why does quit smoking aids have to be so expensive?

dana provenzano: I was on day 3 of my cold turkey nicotine detox when I received this product. I’ve only taken it twice so far (last night and this morning) but would like to add my initial thoughts and will check back in a week for further updates. I do think this is providing the extra support i need . It’s cutting my irritability down . I really haven’t craved a smoke/vape , though, I’ve thought about it but it’s very easy to put it from my mind. But I’ve yet to be so tempted since quitting that I almost caved. But it is making it easier ! And amazingly it helped me sleep last night! However it’s strange because it does make me feel slightly jittery (so go figure on the sleeping bit). But I’m very glad it helped in that regard. Again the jittery sensation is slight . Not a big deal for me. I’m going to take it for another week to ten days while I get through the initial bit . So far, I’m really glad I stumbled upon this product !!!

Gaelwyn: I smoked cigarettes for 17 years, then vaped for 9. My e-juice vendor stopped selling recently, so rather than trying to find someone new I just decided I was done with it. I purchased Vice Breaker and also a FÜM essential oil inhaler to help me quit. I have been using the Vice Breaker for three weeks, I started it two weeks before I stopped vaping, and switched from the vape to the inhaler about a week ago. I know a week into it is not very long, but it has been going well for me so far. I definitely recommend the FÜM, even though you have to buy it from them directly. When I first quit vaping it wasn't the lack of nicotine that was my issue, it was the hand to mouth motions and breathing related to vaping that I was missing. With the inhaler, I get relief from missing that, plus the black pepper essential oil gives a nice tingle. The Vice Breaker has been a big help in not actually craving the nicotine, and the only side effect I have had is vivid dreams, which I had in the past using other products (like Chantix and NicoDerm). Hoping to see this through and be nicotine-free for good now. Buying a second bottle of the Vice Breaker right now!
