dot f: These patches work! They stick well and I haven't smoked in a month and a half. But I did have a major problem with skin irritation halfway through Step 2. Included with the patches was help information, which suggested I put them on my back (less sensitive) and use hydrocortisone cream for the irritation, and all that really helped. I'm a happy customer!

Raeann Horsley: I am allergic to all of the nicotine patches, and I've tried most. The Rite Aid patches are the most tolerable by far when it comes to itching and rashes. With other patches I have severe itching and and welts within the first half hour. I can wear the Rite Aid patches for the full 24 hours and only experience slight itching and NO welts. I have used all 3 strengths. Went back to Step one. This is one tough addiction to kick. Best of luck. Hang in there it will get better.

W. Martin: I am now nicotine free due to this and nicoderm. I would recommend nicoderm for step one. Then switch to these.

These adhere great, if you follow directions. Just place on shoulder. Rub your hands together to generate heat and then place hand over the patch. Leave your hand for about 10 seconds. It will help it adhere more.

I have used all types of nicotine. Used snus, smoked a pack a day and quit. I made the mistake of trying a vape during the pandemic. I couldn’t just quit those like the others. I have used gum too. Patches seem to help most.

I highly recommend nicoderm CQ step one first. May cost more, but it is a two week supply. You will spend more than that on vapes, cigarettes etc. It seems stronger and will help with cravings more. Nicoderm which seems better, because it is made by a drug company (GSK). After step one. I used nicoderm step 2 and then switched to these.

Nathan C.: I stopped smoking cigarettes August 3rd 2020 and used these patches to wean me off nicotine. I had smoked about a pack a day for 28 years. I had tried quitting a few different times for a few weeks or a couple of months. I have over a year without smoking now and these patches were part of the success.

I reduced my smoking down to about 5-8 cigarettes a day before starting on the Step 2 patches. I purchased one box of the Step 2 patches and 2 boxes of the Step 3 because if I ran out of patches I knew I would go back to smoking. I kept craving a lung hit throughout the days I was not smoking so I would take deep breath breaks during the day and hold my breath to flex my lungs which calmed my cravings.
